Documentation: INinbox App for SEOshop

IMPORTANT: If you want to sync your existing SEOshop contacts to INinbox as well you can do so from within the 3rd Party INtegration Section in your INinbox account here.
This App enables you to sync your new SEOshop contacts real time to INinbox. It's not for moving over your current contacts with a mass action.

General information
Enable

Selecting ''Yes'' will enable the application after you hit the ''Save Settings'' button at the bottom of the dashboard.

Selecting ''No'' will disable the application when hitting the ''Save Settings'' button.

INinbox API Url

This url will connect the extension to the INinbox API. This field will be filled in automatically so does not need any of your attention.

INinbox API Key

To connect SEOshop to INinbox you need to fill in the API key that you will find in your INinbox account.
Instructions: Login to INinbox with your email address and password. Go to your Account Settings (upper right corner) and select the API tab. Here you can generate a new API key.

Copy this key and paste it in the required field in your SEOshop App Dashboard. Then hit the ''Connect'' button next to this field.

Note: it might happen that you create new lists and don't see these instantly in your dashboard. Click connect again to update your lists.

Assign Lists
Send Subscribers

When you select ''Yes'' all new subscribers from SEOshop will be send to a specific INinbox list of your choice after you hit the ''Save Settings'' button at the bottom of this dashboard.

When you select ''No'', new contact details of SEOshop subscribers will not be send to INinbox.

Subscriber List: In this field you can select the INinbox list you want your new subscribers to be sent over to. This field is only visible when you selected ''Yes'' above.

Send Customers

When you select ''Yes'' all new SEOshop customers will be send to a specific INinbox list of your choice after you hit the ''Save Settings'' button at the bottom of this dashboard.

When you select ''No'', new SEOshop customer details will not be send to INinbox.

Customer List: In this field you can select the INinbox list you want your new SEOshop customers to be send to. This field is only visible when you selected ''yes'' above.

Send Order

When you select ''Yes'' all new SEOshop contact details of any new orders will be send to a specific INinbox list of your choice after you hit the ''Save Settings'' button at the bottom of this dashboard.

When you select ''No'', new contact details of SEOshop orders will not be send to INinbox.

Customer List: In this field you can select the INinbox list you want your contact details of new orders to be send to. This field is only visible when you selected ''Yes''above.

Extra Settings
Confirmation Email (ONLY relevant for double optin lists):

If you created a double opt-in list in your INinbox account AND select ''Yes'' your contacts will receive a confirmation email to confirm their subscription. You can change this email in your INinbox account settings.

If you select ''No'' your contacts do not receive a confirmation email and the contact will be added to the list instantly.

Note: If you created a single opt-in list in INinbox your contacts will NEVER receive a confirmation email.

Update Existing Subscribers

When you select ''Yes'', the contact details of your existing contacts will be updated in case these are updated in your SEOshop account.

When you select ''No'', updated contact details from SEOshop will not be updated to INinbox.

Send Autoresponders

When you select ''Yes'', all new SEOshop contacts will be added to your autoresponder sequence of that specific list.

When you select ''No'', your SEOshop contacts will be excluded from receiving your autoresponder emails.

Fieldmapping

In this area you can select which information you want to have sychronised from your specific SEOshop contact detail fields to which INinbox contact detail fields.

The left column shows which information will be synchronised from SEOshop, and the right field shows where this information will be placed in your INinbox contact details.

Many fields are named the same by both parties like ''First Name'', ''Last Name'', ''Email'' and ''Gender''. But some contact details are named differently like ''Home phone'' (SEOshop) and ''Phone'', or ''Mobile'' (INinbox).

You can also choose to exclude a specific field from being synchronised by selecting ''---Do Not Sync---'' at the right column.

Example: You want to synchronize the ''Home Phone'' number from your SEOshop contacts to INinbox. In your INinbox contact details is no field called ''Home Phone'' so you decide to synchronize this field to the ''Phone'' field of INinbox. Then you need to select ''Phone'' in the right column (INinbox fields) next to the ''Home phone'' in the left column (SEOshop fields).

Note: You only need to change the fields in the right column if you want the specific information to be sent to a different field in your INinbox account then shown as a default in the right column.

Save Settings

All settings will only be saved after clicking the ''Save Settings'' button at the bottom of the dashboard. Make sure you don't forget!
